Margaret Ann (Freeman) Curless, 83 of Russellville left to go to her Heavenly Home
on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock after a traumatic head
injury. She was born January 3, 1932 in Dardanelle to Jake Roy Jones and Edle Ola Stepps.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband J.T. Freeman,
a great-grandchild, Jayce Fox and
several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Curless;
four daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Gene McCurrie of Russellville, Betty and
Jimmy Cowan of Dover, Shirley and Arley Hurst of Russellville, Teresa and Lenny Holbrook of Moreland;
13 grandchildren and their spouses, Carmon McCurrie, Eugenia McCurrie, Matt McCurrie
and wife Clarrissa, Jimmy Cowan JR, Jason Cowan and wife Tracy, Robert Cowan and wife Miranda,
Jerry Fox and wife Terry, Eric Fox, Ray Hurst, Crystal Hurst, Michael Holbrook and wife Toni,
Johnathan Holbrook, Melissa Kellerhals and husband Michael;
22 great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2014 at the
Broussard Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow at North New Hope Cemetery,
north of Dover.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Carmon McCurrie, Matthew McCurrie, Jimmy Cowan,
Jason Cowan, Robert Cowan, Michael Holbrook, Johnathan Holbrook, Jerry Fox and Eric Fox.
