Thelma Zinn Berg, age 80 of Mena passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 in Mena.
She was born October 30, 1934 in Fordyce, Arkansas to the late Dillard Philmore Zinn
and the late Nellie Agnes Bryant Zinn. She was married to Ira Berg for sixty-two years.
Mrs. Berg was a loving and kind homemaker. She loved sewing, quilting, knitting crocheting
and cooking for family and friends.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.
She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by;
Daughters: Diana Berg of Mena, Arkansas,
Janice Berg Curry and husband Richard of Nashville, Arkansas,
Nancy Berg Linville of Denver, Colorado.
Grandchildren: Michael Curry and wife Twila of Nashville, Arkansas
Morgan Curry and wife Rebecca of Nashville, Arkansas
Great-Grandchildren: Alex Curry, Ian Curry, Isaiah Curry, McKayla Curry.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ira Berg,
and brother Charles Edward Zinn.

Ira Berg passed away on May 4, 2015. Inseparable in death, as they were in life,
a celebration of their incredible journey together will be held on Friday May 22, 2015
at 10:00 a.m. at Beasley Wood Chapel with Brother Lamar Austin officiating.

A private family interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Park under the
direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.

Pallbearers will be Alex Curry, Michael Curry, Morgan Curry, Richard Curry, Dwight Douglas,
Wingo Johnson, Paul Stanley and Nick Parsons.
Honorary pallbearers will be Lawrence Berg, and Morgan Curry.


Though She's gone, She is not forgotten.
Though absent, She remains in spirit.
Though once a worker, She now rest.
